Being in the fashion world as a model for many years and then working as a photographer, can and did influence my ideas of beauty. But I have always come back to what was once drilled into my psyche early on in my years, “Beauty comes from the inside.”
Being beautiful, stunning and or drop dead gorgeous will only get someone so far in life. Being sincere, kind , generous, and loving will brighten the room and make way for you to be noticed for much longer time. Yes people will turn their heads and look at you, but you will also gain their attention in the long run.
In today’s world I notice this ever so popular need to meet a very high standard, an iconic idea that only exisist in high-tech-images that have been manipulatied, crafted and created by very talented people. Ive worked with this, I’ve done it, I honestly have been a part of this. Now it is just too much for me.
